A sprawling 7,000 sq ft villa in the heart of Secunderabad, recently purchased by our clients—a family of four with teenage twins. The home, though over a decade old, held immense potential. With its generous

proportions and prime location, it was ready to be reimagined into a contemporary sanctuary that blends classic Indian charm with modern sensibilities.

The Ask

Our clients wanted a bright, airy, and open home—a place where they could work, relax, and come together as a family. They envisioned a design language rooted in contemporary elegance, offset by neutral tones, while retaining a sense of warmth and approachability. Functionality was key: the kitchen needed to be more connected to the living spaces, and communal areas had to encourage togetherness without compromising sophistication.

The Result

The transformation celebrates harmonious lines, subtle luxury, and balanced proportions. We opened up the kitchen, introducing a breakfast counter that now serves as both a practical element and a gathering point. The dining area and open kitchen became the home’s social heart, seamlessly merging visual appeal with everyday functionality. Neutral colours and refined textures lend a calming backdrop, while thoughtful detailing creates a timeless yet modern space—perfect for both lively family moments and quiet retreat.
