A sprawling 6,000 sq.ft. villa designed for a well-known builder and successful entrepreneur, set to be a warm yet versatile home for a family of four. With generous volumes, natural light, and the potential for beautiful flow between spaces, it was the perfect canvas to create both intimacy and grandeur.

The Ask

The brief was to craft a home that balanced quiet, homely comfort with the ability to entertain in style. The family wanted a calming atmosphere for daily living, but with spaces that could easily transform into lively zones for gatherings. Drawn to the charm of shabby chic, they desired interiors that felt personal, functional, and effortlessly welcoming. Trusting Rad Studio’s vision completely, they gave us the creative freedom to shape their dream home.
